Why Choose Us?

We realise that these days customer satisfaction takes more than just performing a great job cleaning the gutters and roofs and then walking away, it’s also about you as the customer. We have setup a customer relationship management system to ensure that we can service you better. For instance, as well as other technological advantages, it includes dates of attendance reports for your convenience so that we can remind you when your next clean is to be scheduled. Just contact us once either by web, phone or email, give us your details and we can do the rest under a maintenance program. You will never have to worry about remembering and scheduling roof and gutter cleaning again. We can also provide before and after photos to prove that we are doing our job to your 100% satisfaction. Simple!

How do you quote?

There are a number of ways we can do this, your friendly gutter and roof cleaner might be in the area performing other work so they could attend, say hi and quote on the spot. Over the phone we might use google maps to help us quote along with some questions we might ask such as when were your gutters last cleaned, or do you have a gutterguard product installed etc. We take into consideration several factors such as size of the dwelling, when cleaning was last done, how much debris and leaves is on the roof and in the gutters, single double or triple storey dwelling, etc.

How can I pay for your service?

We accept cash, or direct deposit, and an invoice can be emailed to you later that day if required. Then we will be on our way and will see you again on your next scheduled clean. If you decide to direct deposit we expect payment within 7 days.

What sort of dwellings do you look after?

We are open to any requests and will perform work on any domestic, commercial and strata dwellings. No jobs are too big or too small for us.

What about safety and insurance?

At AllCoast Gutter Cleaning, safety and insurance is paramount and never taken lightly or skipped. For this reason we use regularly inspected safety equipment. We have safety equipment ranging from our arguably safest ladder in the world with its extra wide legs and leg levelling adjuster (for uneven or sloping grounds) to the harness system and Personal Protection Equipment. We also have been trained and certified for working at heights and work to Work Cover regulations. We are also fully insured up to $10million in public liability for your piece of mind.

What if I don’t have my roof and gutters cleaned and maintained?

The choice of having your roof and gutters cleaned and maintained is up to you but you need to remember that guttering systems are installed to collect and divert rainwater away from your dwelling and if the gutters aren’t doing that job and working correctly it can cause drainage problems causing structural damage, encourage vermin and insects to nest and then possibly even enter your dwelling, amongst a host of other situations which end in money being spent and inconvenience caused. Maintaining your gutters will help prevent these problems.

My husband thinks he can clean the roof and gutters and doesn’t think we need a professional

There are many risks with working with heights, you only have to fall from 1-2mtrs off a ladder to obtain serious injury or possibly death and if that doesn’t deter your husband, statistics show that 19.4 Australians die each year from a Ladder Accident of which 85% of deaths occur in non-occupational activities so do yourself and your husband a favour and let a professional from AllCoast Gutter Cleaning perform the gutter and roof cleaning work.

I have a gutterguard product installed in my guttering system, I don’t need my gutters cleaned & maintained

The amount of times that we have heard this… Being in the gutter cleaning business and seeing what we have seen, thinking that your gutter system doesn’t need regular cleaning and maintenance because you have some type of gutterguard installed, despite what the sales people are telling you, is a myth. Leaves and debris can gather on top of the gutterguard product and when it rains the water may stick the leaves and debris together to the gutterguard product so that it can’t blow off with the wind, eventually the leaves and debris breaks down into to small enough pieces to fall through the holes of the gutterguard product and hence block your gutters. Dirt also gathers in the gutters and remains moist under the broken down leaves and debris leaving the ultimate protected paradise for pests like cockroaches and even earth worms to live, trust me we have seen it!!! Having a gutterguard product could cost you more money in the long term as firstly you have to purchase it and have it installed, then anyone that has to clean and maintain the gutters will have to spend more time and effort to remove the gutterguard product, clean the gutters out and then reinstall the gutterguard product. You can go to our blogs page and read our post about the pros and cons of gutter guard. Possibly a downpipe filter installed and/or rain heads with a leaf catcher for use with water tanks along with a scheduled gutter and roof cleaning maintenance program by AllCoast Gutter Cleaning is more appropriate.
